WH & Associates Client Appreciation Event

As you know, WH & Associates is having a Client Appreciation event to say Thank You.

 Thursday, October 13, 2011 at 6:00 p.m.

The Wine Artist,

21064 Bake Parkway, Suite 100,

Lake Forest, CA

Thank You for working with us. Thank You for supporting us.  And Thank You for making business rewarding and fun.

This event is intended to first and foremost be a celebration.  But it’s also intended to help you get your “Ducks in a Row” and demonstrate that “Being Helpful is the New Viral”.  In an effort to help you get your ducks in a row, I want you to be aware that there will be a few opportunities for you to take some key items off of your “To Do” list at this event.   The following opportunities will be available:

1. Updated Head Shot

Many of you have an action item to get an updated head shot or post an updated picture on your website or a social networking profile.  We will have a professional photographer available to take head shot photos.  Photos are used in so many online profiles today, it’s important to have a selection of photos to use in profiles as well as in various places on your website.

Linda Joseph of Silver Moon Photography will be there providing her creative services.

2. Website Video Introduction

I know that just about all of you have an action to add video to your website.  Our professional videographer, Jonathan Jenkins of YouTube Video Pro, has recorded videos with Michael E. Gerber, author of the E-Myth as well as the networking master and founder of BNI International—Dr. Ivan Misner.   How many times have you talked about adding video to your website?  And how many times will it be this convenient?  Never.  Plan what you’ll say by clicking on this link.  I’ll be doing it and I hope you will too.

If you need help preparing to do a video, take a look at these instructions and please let me know if you’d like some additional help scripting your video.

*Due to the nature of post-production efforts for photos and video, there is a charge for these services.  Touched up photos will be available at $35 and 1 minute edited videos will be available at $100.  Because we will have these professionals at the event, we can offer these services at a greatly reduced rate from their normal and reasonable fees.  I would encourage you to take advantage of these opportunities and if you’d like to place yourself on the schedule to ensure a time slot as we know these spots will fill up quickly, please send an email to info@whandassociates.com.   We will confirm that you are on the schedule.

We will also have other opportunities to Get Your Ducks in a Row and Be Helpful, so please bring plenty of business cards and plan accordingly for photos and your video.  As I said above, it will never be this convenient.

We’re extremely excited to announce that, at the event, we’ll also celebrate the re-release of Duct Tape Marketing–the book.  A startling amount has changed over the last few years—and yet, the fundamentals have remained the same.  The updates in this version reflect many of the changes with regards to tools, rules, and tactics, while maintaining a fundamental message that marketing is a system.

I look forward to seeing you at The Wine Artist on Thursday, October 13.  Be prepared to mix, mingle, and have fun.

Cheers,

 Kelly
